Terms & Conditions Win4u – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

Win4u is an online betting platform operating in Malaysia, offering a wide range of entertainment services including slots, live baccarat, online poker, Sports Betting, and other casino games to eligible users. The Win4u platform is accessible via the official website at win4u.site.

These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the Win4u platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and all interactions with Win4u's customer support team.

• Being an individual who is resident in or physically located in Malaysia while using the platform. Win4u is not responsible for any violations of local laws that may arise from accessing the platform outside of permitted regions.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, meaning you are not under any legal restriction that prevents you from betting or using Win4u's services.
• Never previously banned, suspended, or barred from the Win4u platform for any terms violation.
• Register using your own real identity only. The use of a false identity, another person's identity, or inaccurate information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only on Win4u. Holding more than one account – whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or IP address – is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. The details you will need to supply include:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and active email address
• Actual date of birth
• A strong and unique password for your Win4u account

You are solely responsible for keeping your Win4u account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the Win4u support team. Win4u is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Win4u only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). All amounts displayed on the Win4u platform are in Malaysian Ringgit and no foreign currency conversion is applied.

The deposit methods accepted by Win4u are as follows:

Win4u members are entitled to withdraw their real money balance (excluding bonus balance) from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Win4u account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered under the same name as your Win4u account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All bonus-related wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Random Number Generator (RNG): All game outcomes on Win4u are determined by an independently audited RNG. Every spin, hand, or bet is independent and unaffected by previous results.
• Betting Limits: Every game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before the game begins. Win4u reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Final Results: The outcome of all games on the Win4u platform is final. Any result recorded by the Win4u system is valid and binding unless a technical error is confirmed by Win4u.

• Exploiting any vulnerability, bug, or technical error on the Win4u platform for unfair advantage
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code that could compromise the Win4u platform
• Attempting to access another member's account or Win4u's internal systems without authorisation
• Use of abusive, racist, or threatening language in any communication with the Win4u team or other members
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the Win4u platform

Win4u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or the provision of false information during registration
• Activity suspected of being related to money laundering or other criminal conduct
• Multiple account usage
• Misuse of Win4u promotions or bonuses
• Requests from government authorities or relevant regulatory bodies

Members may also request to close their own Win4u account by contacting the support team. For member-initiated terminations, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 7 working days.

Win4u and its operators shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses suffered by a member arising from use of the Win4u platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from unfavourable betting or game outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond Win4u's control
• Technical errors occurring on the part of the payment provider or third-party game provider
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their Win4u account login credentials secure

Win4u is fully committed to promoting a responsible gambling culture among Malaysian players. The Win4u platform provides a range of tools to help members better manage their betting activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within your Win4u account settings. Limits take effect immediately once applied.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a single session or a defined period. The Win4u platform will restrict access to play once this limit is reached.
• Play Time Reminder: Receive an alert after playing for the duration you have set.
• Account Break: Request a temporary account break ranging from 24 hours to several months with no financial penalty. A suspended account cannot be used for playing or making deposits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
